We offer Royal Mail Tracked shipping for all orders.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

3. Shipping Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.

4. Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

5. International Shipping

 

We ship internationally. Please note that international shipping may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.  

 

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the matter and provide a resolution.

7. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or carrier issues.

8. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
