Our Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cordery Collection. If you're not happy with your item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
We accept returns for items that are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Any items that are not in their original condition will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at corderycollection@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
- We will review your request and provide you with further instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
- Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the steps above to initiate a return and place a new order for the item you would like.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items that are not in their original condition
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items purchased on final sale
Damaged or Defective Items
