Refund and Return Policy

1. Returns

    • The item has all original tags and labels attached.
    • The item is not a sale item.

    • You will be provided with a return authorization number (RA).
    • Package the item securely with the RA and original invoice.
    • Ship the item to the return address provided.
    • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund Amount: The refund amount will be for the cost of the item, excluding shipping and handling charges.
  • Sale Items: Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund. However, if a sale item is defective or damaged, we may exchange it for a replacement.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Additional Notes

  • Custom Orders: Custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
